Warrior Homesteads Inc.® works with P.W.A. Inc.® to provide tiny home safety certifications. Some jurisdictions require these certifications for ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) to be placed. Please check with your local building code BEFORE you sign the purchase agreement. Once the home has been sheathed. it is too late to certify the unit. The unit is built the exact same way, whether certification is purchased or not.
